Norine Wiebmer is the founder and president of Networking With Impact™ and The Networking Connection™.  She is a national speaker, networking and marketing strategist, trainer and coach with 25 years experience training and motivating sales representatives.  As a sales manager, Norine and her award-winning team consistently broke sales records due, in large part, to her insights into the art and science of networking for success.

Networking With Impact™ is a collaboration of Networking Specialists facilitating business development by providing warm introductions and power partners for companies as well as instruction to foster these relationships.  Within larger companies, NWI will act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams.  Our philosophy and training adds the personal touch to every promotion.  We ease the smooth integration between active and passive marketing.

Norine also acts as a mentor to small-business owners and sales professionals. During these sessions, she and her client develop an action plan to strengthen sales and marketing skills. Her clients then receive individual instruction to sharpen their skills and guidance to implement this plan. When extra assistance is needed, her networking team supplements her clients' sales force through appointment setting and public relations as well as social online marketing training.  A key marketing tool is the Common Thread Marketing Process™.  The commonality is your target market. Through her instruction, Norine's clients have shown a 75% increase in sales, stronger power partners and an increase in referrals.

She has mentored several local business owners using this process, encouraging them to foster power partners and develop their "Circle of Influence." Norine has developed, organized and executed numerous workshops, seminars, awards ceremonies, retreats and networking events. Topics presented included marketing skills, networking, goal setting, lead follow up and building business relationships, to name a few. 

Norine is also the first trainer for the Relationship Network Industry Association, teaching individuals and companies how to measure one's ability to develop relationship capital.

Norine has been a Chamber member for over 14 years and is currently associated with three local chambers as well as being a member of several professional women's organizations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Psychology.  Norine also volunteers her time and talents supporting her church and local not-for-profits.
